We provide transparent information about facility availability, capacity, operating standards, and booking procedures for solo players, groups, and regular users. Our Service is designed to help you make informed decisions about court facility access based on measurable, verified standards rather than marketing claims.

The Service includes facility specifications, zone capacities, service standards, access protocols, operating hours, and transport logistics information. We maintain separate quiet zones during peak hours and require straightforward age and identification verification for access.

If you create an account to use our booking service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for any bookings made through your account and for any charges incurred.

Bookings are subject to facility availability and our published access requirements, including age verification and identification. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings that violate our access protocols or terms.

All content on the Clarity Courts website, including text, graphics, logos, images, diagrams, floor plans, facility specifications, and data compilations, is the property of Clarity Courts or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written permission from Clarity Courts.

The "Clarity Courts" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Clarity Courts. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, photos, or other content to Clarity Courts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Clarity Courts provides information and booking services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain accurate, current facility information based on measurable standards, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the Service. Facility conditions, availability, and operating standards may change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity Courts and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Clarity Courts in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Access to court facilities is subject to our published access requirements, including age verification and identification. You agree to comply with all facility rules, safety protocols, and operating procedures. Clarity Courts is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damage occurring at facilities. You use facilities at your own risk and assume all responsibility for your safety and the safety of your guests.

12. Payment and Refunds

If you make payments through the Service, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full booking amount. Payment terms and refund policies are specified at the time of booking. This choice of law and jurisdiction applies regardless of your location.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
